  • Cancel a transaction
    Cancel a transaction A buyer can only cancel a transaction if the item has not yet been shipped. Also, a seller cannot cancel an order if the buyer has already paid for it and received confirmation of their order. How to cancel a transaction: ​Press the ⓘ located at the top right Choose Cancel transaction and select the reason for the cancellation from the list that appears, or choose Other to write the relevant reason. Good to know: A mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller on the cancellation of the transaction will avoid the automatic publication of a negative evaluation.   • Payment method
    After pressing the Buy button, you will be able to choose the payment method for your order. The payment methods available on Fabes and Partners are: Valid credit/debit card We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards (PCS) and e-cards are also accepted. PayPal PayPal is only available for tracked shipping options (not available for non-trackable shipping or custom postage). Once you have confirmed the purchase, you will be redirected to your PayPal login page to confirm payment from your PayPal account. Apple Pay If you have set up Apple Pay on your iOS device, you can use this option to pay at Fabes and Partners. Confirm payment with your Touch ID without leaving the order page. Another verification method may be used (Face ID or a verification code), depending on your device. iDEAL iDEAL is available as a payment method in the Netherlands. Note that Buyer Protection applies to all payments made using the Buy button. If you transact outside of the Vinted platform, we won't be able to help you with any issues. Good to know: Not all payment methods mentioned above may be available to every member. A small additional amount may be charged to the credit card to verify its validity. These costs will be refunded immediately. If you are a minor, you can only use Vinted under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian and through their account. The use of a credit or debit card without the permission of its owner is strictly prohibited by law. Your parent or adult guardian must give permission for any payment method you use.
  • Redeem a voucher
    We are delighted that you are talking about Fabes and Partners around you and will be happy to send you a voucher if you invite a friend to Fabes and Partners. Note The refer-a-friend feature is currently disabled on Fabes and Partners. Vouchers are therefore not available. If you have previously issued vouchers, you can still use them to make purchases as shown below. How to redeem a voucher: Find an item you like and press Buy. The voucher will be automatically applied to this purchase. You will see it on the validation screen of your order, once you have entered your payment details. Note At the moment it is not possible to make payments with voucher for the personalized shipment or the no shipment (handover clean). My voucher does not appear In some cases, your voucher does not appear because invited members did not register using the link sent. If you do not see your voucher, we invite you to send us the user name of the member you invited, as well as a screenshot proving that you sent him a link of invitation. Good to know: Vouchers can be used to purchase items for a minimum amount of 15 euros Vouchers can only cover the price of the item (not postage or Buyer Protection fees) Vouchers are valid for 30 days (their expiry date is indicated in the message accompanying the voucher) You can only use one voucher at a time, and a voucher cannot be converted into cash
  • Phone number verification not working
    Important You may have entered the wrong phone number too many times; the verification was therefore suspended for a period of 2 hours. Make sure you entered the correct phone number and try again later. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your phone number verified. Here are some reasons why verification might fail, and how to resolve these situations. Typing errors Check that you typed correctly: Your phone number, with a “+” followed by the country code (use the “+” sign instead of “00”, and do not include spaces) The 4-digit code (press Request code if you made a mistake entering the code) Invalid phone number Phone number verification only works with European phone numbers. Landline numbers are not valid. The same phone number is used for another account Your phone number can only be used for one Fabes & Partners account. If you have duplicate Fabes & Partners accounts, please keep only one and delete the other(s). Here is how to verify your phone number if you have duplicate accounts: Delete old account Contact us by specifying in your message your telephone number, with the country code We'll reset the verification process for this number, and you can have it verified. Old phone number to be updated If you have already verified a different phone number for this account, you can replace the old phone number with the new one. Connection problems or technical problems Check that your phone picks up correctly and that it is well connected to the Internet Restart your phone and reinsert your SIM card None of the above reasons If the problem persists, we're here to help.
